Amie Lee Kolodziej – Vice President – Academy Lead
A content and event consultant with over 15 years of experience in professional development, training, education and thought leadership programs for executive, entrepreneurial and public audiences.
Amie has developed, launched and managed award-winning global professional education events, content and programs for industries including mobile technology, craft, hobby, health and ergonomics, as well as general business education for entrepreneurs in Finance, Marketing and Operations. As Managing Director of The ARK Consultants, she developed educational content for clients including the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) with a focus on C-level education for mobile tech startup CEO’s and their CMO clients.
In prior roles Amie led the Educational division of the Craft & Hobby Association for creative entrepreneurs and professionals, which included direction of international Conferences with 15K+ attendees, virtual training and education, mentoring & coaching programs, as well as content delivery in print and digital formats. While at CHA, these events were awarded the American Business Stevie award for Best Live Event, and her programs saw increased participation and profitability across all metrics. Previously, she produced an annual touring business development event for female entrepreneurs & executives while Director of Operations & Events at the Women’s Leadership Exchange (WLE), featuring celebrity speakers & guests. She also managed production of one of the earliest publicly commercial edutainment webcasts while working at Dr.Drew.com on The Dr.Drew.com Show, featuring host Dr.Drew Pinsky of MTV’s Loveline.
Amie serves on the Board of Directors of both regional and community non-profit organizations, where she shares expertise in event management, membership fundraising, and social media marketing for non-profits delivering services in Arts and education. She studied the Arts at The College of New Jersey, and as Vice President of the TLC Women Center launched the first campus-wide student art show. She is a life-long craft and maker enthusiast.
